The are a couple of methods of making your own flowerpot caves. The flowerpot used should not contain any form of fungicide, pesticide or whatever will hurt your fish.

The Sideway Flowerpot Method

Instructions

Take a flowerpot of diameter 7cm(3″) – or whatever size which suits your fish.
If you want your cave to have two entrances, cut away the base of the pot.
Cut it roughly into half.
Rince it. And you’re done.

The Inverted Flowerpot Method

Another quick method of producing a simple cave is to upturn a flowerpot and break a little entry at its rim.
